My style is for the couples that hate awkward photos but still want photos that are adventurous and fun.
90% of the photos below are couples first photo shoot.
Almost each photo shoot the couple warns me they “don’t take photos well”. Truth is it’s not up to the couple to know poses or create a fun environment. Good photos come from a good photographer. You don’t need to be a model you just need to be you!

Making Photos fun?
You’re dang right. If you’re anything like me you kind of hate having your photo taken. Or at least being in front of the camera feels awkward. And if this doesn’t describe you than it likely describes your significant other.
You shouldn’t have to worry about being models. Just being yourself is good enough for me! I do this by making the photos into a game. More movement the better! Anything from a tickle war to who can describe the perfect sandwich in the sexiest voice without laughing.
I’ll let you in on a little secret. 90% of the photos on my page come from sessions where the couple said they’re awkward in front of the camera. Then they get the photos back and say “No way, that’s us!”
That’s one thing that really excites me about capturing people’s stories!
