Winnipeg Wedding Photography

It’s true when they say your wedding day goes by in the blink of an eye, sometimes you get so caught up in the planning and the excitement you can forget to cherish the day. It would be my pleasure to give you the best wedding present that can last a lifetime. Your wedding photos can be pulled out every anniversary or be blown up for your living room wall. They can even give you a small taste of what your wedding day was like years later! I want you to be able to look back on Your First Look, or wiping tears away while your dad walks you down the aisle, or your wedding kiss for the years to come. In all those moments I’ll be there capturing your moments not only as your photographer but as your friend there to celebrate with you!

More and more I continue to love the intimate weddings. There’s something about being able to enjoy a small wedding with your close friends and family. Don’t get me wrong I love the big, excitement filled weddings. But being able to enjoy the day you want, instead of all the expectations that are put on you. That’s why I’m such a big fan of elopements.

I know elopements don’t have the best rep from the past but now more then ever have elopements been the way a couple decides to take back their wedding day. Forget all the traditions and everything people pressure you into having on your wedding day, and make the day about you. Take a place that is special to you, it could be the place you first met or maybe its on a mountain top. Why spend money so your weird cousins plus one can attend your wedding, instead do what makes your day the most special it can be.  Often times when we think of an elopement we think of the day being just the couple. However people are bringing up to 10 of the closest family and friends.

The weddings that couples put in the most effort into making special for them are the ones that are most enjoyable for me to photograph and hopefully best for the couples.

If you’re considering an elopement or a destination wedding, contact me and we can make your special day the best possible.

Coffee on me :)

I would love to hear more about your wedding day and what you and your significant other do for fun! I love connecting with my clients because by the end I’m not just your photographer I’m also your friend. Looking forward to hearing from you!

As much fun as planning a wedding can be, it can also be stressful. If you’re a planner like me you’ll want to go into planning and booking vendors with the right recourses and information. Before each wedding day I sit down with my clients and prepare a time line and work through what taking photos at their wedding might be like. I find it really valuable to be able to share the knowledge and experience I have to make the couple feel more prepared.

If you want more information on the steps to booking a photographer check out some resources I prepared.
